Drinking two to three cups of green tea is sufficient for cleansing the liver. Apple is rich in pectin. Pectin helps to cleanse the digestive tract and eliminate toxins from the body. This enable the liver to cope more easily with the toxic load.

Turmeric contains curcumin. Turmeric can help to cleanse the liver and heals injury in the liver. Turmeric can increase the bile production and rejuvenate the cells in the liver. The rejuvenation of the liver cell can break down the toxins. You can eat turmeric along with other herbs or add it to your meal. You can mix turmeric into the tea as well.
